Schedule the switch, finalise delta sync, and complete the move.

Produce per-project summaries of what migrated, what warned, and what failed.
What the platform does — and does not — do
It manages and orchestrates
- Scopes projects from real source assessments.
- Maps users and groups them into batches.
- Queues, runs, pauses, and retries jobs with live status.
- Reconciles item counts and reports outcomes.
It is honest about its limits
- This is a management surface, not a black-box engine.
- Sample figures are clearly labelled "Sample Data".
- Availability is labelled Available / Pilot / Beta / In Development / Planned.
- No certifications or compliance claims are implied.
