How It Works

A controlled path from Assess to Report

Every project moves through the same lifecycle. Each stage is a visible, manageable surface — no hidden steps.

Step 1

Assess

Discover source mailboxes, sizes, and structure before any data moves.

Step 2

Plan

Map users, scope batches, and reserve the licenses a project needs.

Step 3

Stage

Prepare endpoints and credentials; dry-run connectivity to source and target.

Step 4

Migrate

Run full and delta passes in controlled batches with live job status.

Step 5

Validate

Reconcile item counts, surface failures, and retry the items that need it.

Step 6

Cutover

Schedule the switch, finalise delta sync, and complete the move.

Step 7

Report

Produce per-project summaries of what migrated, what warned, and what failed.

What the platform does — and does not — do

It manages and orchestrates

  • Scopes projects from real source assessments.
  • Maps users and groups them into batches.
  • Queues, runs, pauses, and retries jobs with live status.
  • Reconciles item counts and reports outcomes.

It is honest about its limits

  • This is a management surface, not a black-box engine.
  • Sample figures are clearly labelled "Sample Data".
  • Availability is labelled Available / Pilot / Beta / In Development / Planned.
  • No certifications or compliance claims are implied.
